Description
I just realized that me drawing and displaying this as as my ID might be perceived as somewhat "pompous"….
Firstly, I don't believe that I (or anyone for that matter) has a natural ability over any one else in this field and nor am I submersed in the stereotypical category of what most people incorrectly define "artist" as.. (unless of course it was intended to be delivered as a joke).
That being said, here is my true explanation to this:
This is my tribute to the celebration of all art in general and all who appreciate it (artist, art viewers and art collectors alike).
Facial regognition and spacial distance between two references is EXCLUSIVE to the right hemisphere in the brain. Therefore, I felt it would be fitting to draw a left eye that links to the right hemisphere in it's appreciation.
One of the highlights of the left hemisphere is that all of ones linguistic skills are exclusively processed in that side. I will be drawing something that pedestals the logical left hemisphere at some point but I personally have an unwavering exceptional appreciation for the right since it placed me into a successful and very enjoyable career (something I've been struggling to find for years even with education).
So, turns out mixing ink with graphite and charcoal is very effective.
This is also a left eye as you can see..
materials used:
1. Graphite (2H, 2B and 9B)
2. Charcoal (lots)
3. Ink (lots)
4. White out
This person has two very prominent veins in their left eye - I like it a lot
